Our house keeping/room attendants are fully committed to promoting your guest experience and a clean room is paramount to achieving this. Our staff are trained to not just clean a room to a high standard they also check and report any signs of wear and tear or wilful damage to the Head Housekeeper.

Beds are stripped and inspected before being dressed in fresh linen. All rubbish and towels are removed from the room and fresh towels are only placed back in the room once a full clean is complete.

All surfaces are dusted and wiped down in accordance with sanitary standards. Bathrooms are disinfected and left sparkly clean. Our staff can also replace toiletries if provided for each bathroom.

Should the hotel room also have a mini bar, our staff can re-stock as necessary.

Experienced staff will take around 30 mins for a standard sized room whereas a larger room or suite will take between 40 – 60 minutes. All hygiene standards will be fully adhered to in all aspects of cleaning duties.

Touch point/high traffic area cleaning – covering desktops, table tops and work surfaces, light switches, telephones, taps and toilets.
